Customs Entry Writer

Job Description:

• Responsible for preparing and submitting customs entries for import and export shipments.
• Organize the work area to identify the status of every file through every phase of the CBP entry process.
  
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient customs clearance processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customs related activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.
• Follow SOP’s for each customer on the correct method and data required for preparing an entry.
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of experience and/or training in an import operation.
• Must have good team working skills and verbal reporting skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft office Suite programs
