Operational Responsibilities (and any additional duties as assigned):
- Lead all operational facets, encompassing distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business strategies.
- Manage budget allocation effectively.
- Hold direct responsibility for operational personnel matters such as hiring, promotions, reviews, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with upper management and staff to foster a positive work environment conducive to individual growth and company objectives.
- Enhance branch personnel performance through training, coaching, and motivation.
- Ensure adherence to high ethical standards and compliance with regulations.
- Cultivate positive relationships internally and externally.
- Coordinate operations across departments for timely and accurate processes.
- Maintain focus on achieving quality system goals.
- Work with Sales and Operations teams to retain existing business and pursue new opportunities.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
- Share knowledge and best practices with other branches and headquarters.
- Promptly address customer and employee satisfaction issues.
