Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate ocean and air import shipments from start to finish
- Communicate with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including customs clearance
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the import process
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Min. 2 years experience preferred
CargoWise experience beneficial
$24-27.50ph DOE
