About the Role:
As a Freight Forwarding Operations Supervisor - Ocean, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the smooth operations of a ocean freight forwarding department. You will work closely with our client's team of dedicated professionals to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods by sea. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising a team of freight forwarders
- Coordinating and monitoring shipments from origin to destination
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns
