Job Description:

• Handle air import and export operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
• Coordinate with airlines, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and complete documentation required for shipments, including customs clearance
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
