Job Description:
- Manage all aspects of ocean export operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
- Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients
- Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and carriers to resolve any issues or delays
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
