We are supporting a well-established mid-size freight forwarder looking to hire an Aerospace Vertical Leader to build out their presence in this space.
The business has a solid base of regional aerospace customers but now wants to move up the value chain. This role is focused on developing strategic relationships at a global level and shifting the approach from local, transactional business to top-down engagement.
You will be responsible for building and executing the aerospace strategy, targeting OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, and creating opportunities at senior decision-maker level. The goal is to position the business as a credible partner for complex, high-value aerospace logistics.
This role suits someone who understands how to sell at senior level and has experience navigating large aerospace organisations. You will be comfortable leading conversations beyond day-to-day operations and into long-term, strategic partnerships.
Key experience:
- Strong background in freight forwarding with a focus on aerospace
