We're working with a mid-sized international forwarder and supply chain specialist, who are hiring an Air Import clerk in Frankfurt. They focus on upstream goods flows, cross-border logistics and e-commerce supply chains, and operate through their own overseas branches alongside regional partners.
- Complete operational order processing, including import customs declaration
- Document processing, and checking and raising incoming and outgoing invoices
- Handling customer complaints and supporting the monthly close
- Correspondence with colleagues and partners at home and abroad
- Managing data along the supply chain to improve operational performance
- Completed training as an air freight clerk or comparable, with several years' experience
- Good knowledge of customs clearance (AES, NCTS, import, EZT), supply chain and Incoterms
- Strong time management, flexibility and service orientation
- Confident with MS Office 365; good written and spoken German and English
