Business Development Manager

Job Description:

·        Develop and implement strategic plans to drive new business growth

·        Identify and target key clients in the Midwest region

·        Act as a new business specialist, focusing on expanding the company's client portfolio

·        Leverage your existing book of business to achieve sales targets

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction

 

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

·        Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the freight forwarding industry

·        Strong hunter mentality and ability to drive new business growth

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·        Existing book of business preferred

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

 

Compensation and Benefits:

A competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $120,000 will be on offer, depending on experience and performance. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and great commission potential.
