Arrangements: Full-time

Salary Range: $200,000–$250,000 (plus commission & super)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Sales will oversee commercial performance across Australia, managing a team of ten sales professionals. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing national sales strategies, and maintaining strong client and partner relationships.


PREFERRED CANDIDATES

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in international freight forwarding including 5 years in sales leadership
  • Proven record in building and mentoring high-performing sales teams
  • Strong commercial and strategic planning skills
  • Deep knowledge of international logistics and global trade
  • Confident communicator and negotiator with a customer-centric approach
