HEAD OF SALES - AUSTRALIA
Location: Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane
Arrangements: Full-time
Salary Range: $200,000–$250,000 (plus commission & super)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Sales will oversee commercial performance across Australia, managing a team of ten sales professionals. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing national sales strategies, and maintaining strong client and partner relationships.
PREFERRED CANDIDATES
- Minimum 10 years' experience in international freight forwarding including 5 years in sales leadership
- Proven record in building and mentoring high-performing sales teams
- Strong commercial and strategic planning skills
- Deep knowledge of international logistics and global trade
- Confident communicator and negotiator with a customer-centric approach
