They’re looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Agent to join their crew and help navigate the world of international logistics with precision and passion.
Your Role: Charting the Course
As a Freight Forwarding Agent, you’ll be at the heart of their operations, ensuring seamless import and export coordination to global destinations. You’ll build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, tackle challenges head-on, and deliver solutions that keep clients coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with customers and colleagues to deliver exceptional results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Coordinate and manage import and export orders to global destinations.
- Utilize consolidation hub expertise to optimize logistics operations.
- Demonstrate precision in customs expertise and tight planning skills.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics.
- A service- and customer-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
- Knowledge of the cruise and merchant ships market (a big advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Fluency in English.
- Comfort using various IT systems and a positive attitude toward challenges.
