We're recruiting for a top 25 global forwarder with a dedicated national projects division in Australia, handling complex breakbulk, out of gauge and heavy haulage freight for major mining, gas and industrial projects. They're looking for a Project Coordinator on the export side in Brisbane.
- Coordinating end to end project logistics across all transport modes
- Handling breakbulk, out of gauge (OOG) and heavy haulage shipments
- Sourcing competitive transport solutions through an established subcontractor network
- Building client relationships and resolving operational and service issues
- Accurate, timely documentation including PRA submissions in 1-Stop
- Supporting KPIs and continuous improvement of operational processes
- International freight forwarding experience essential; project freight highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail; CargoWise One (CW1) preferred
- A background in mining, gas or industrial projects logistics would suit well, though it isn't essential
