Position Title: Project Logistics Coordinator

Arrangements: Full-time
Salary Range: $100,000–$125,000 + superannuation

The Perth projects team specialises in oversized, heavy-lift, and time-sensitive cargo for resource, energy, and infrastructure projects across Western Australia, coordinating multimodal transport movements with international offices, carriers, and specialised transport providers.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role supports the planning and coordination of international project logistics shipments across air and ocean freight. The position focuses on operational execution, documentation management, and stakeholder coordination.
· Coordinate import and export project shipments across air and ocean freight
· Support project planning including shipment scheduling and milestone tracking
· Manage job registrations, order tracking, and shipment documentation
· Lodge PRA documentation and manage requirements via the 1-Stop platform
· Arrange transport bookings and liaise with airlines, shipping lines, and transport providers
· Assist with tender submissions including planning, pricing inputs, and timelines
· Troubleshoot shipment issues and coordinate solutions with customers and suppliers
· Maintain accurate operational data within internal systems
PREFERRED CANDIDATES:
· Experience in international freight forwarding or project logistics operations
· Exposure to both air freight and ocean freight shipments
· Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
· Experience working with carriers, transport providers, and customers
· Ability to prioritise multiple shipments and deadlines
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CargoWise One experience advantageous
