ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role supports the coordination of project logistics for both import and export cargo. It involves liaising with clients, subcontractors, and overseas partners to ensure shipments move efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate logistics operations for project cargo across ocean, air, and road freight
- Manage quotations, documentation, billing, and reporting
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and carriers to meet service timelines
- Source and negotiate competitive freight rates
- Track project budgets and assist with pricing and tenders
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry safety standards
- Use CargoWise and CRM systems for daily coordination and reporting
PREFERRED CANDIDATES
- 2–4 years’ experience in international or domestic freight forwarding
- Sound knowledge of logistics and transport processes
- Skilled in CargoWise and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused
- Open to candidates from general forwarding backgrounds with an interest in project logistics
