We're recruiting for an established international forwarder with a strong European network. They're hiring a Road Freight Key Account Operator in the Mönchengladbach area to run a single key account, with two days a week from home.
- Managing day-to-day road freight operations for a dedicated key account in the fabrics sector
- Coordinating domestic and international road shipments across Europe using CargoWise
- Scheduling collections and deliveries, and monitoring shipment progress
- Liaising with customers, carriers, warehouses and overseas partners
- Monitoring transport deadlines and managing delays proactively
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing operational reporting
- Previous road freight forwarding experience, ideally on key accounts
- CargoWise experience highly desirable
- Hybrid - two days a week working from home
