- Owning the commercial relationship on a portfolio of key accounts
- Leading project delivery and coordinating across product and operations teams
- Growing revenue and margin across air, ocean and contract logistics
- Leading pricing, tenders and contract renewals
- Acting as the senior escalation point for the customer
- Suits someone with key account or project management experience in forwarding
- Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders on both sides
- Strong commercial track record on complex accounts
