A top 25 global forwarder is hiring an Air Freight Export Clerk in Frankfurt, to start as soon as possible. You'd handle your own shipments and be the point of contact for the customers behind them.
- Independently handling air freight export shipments to agreed quality standards
- Developing and organising transport solutions
- Communicating with customers and the global network in English
- Customer notifications and invoicing
- Completed apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk
- Existing experience in air freight export
- Fluent German with a strong command of written and spoken English
- Service-minded, customer-focused and a strong team player
- Established business with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths
