- Managing air import shipments from arrival through customs clearance to delivery
- Coordinating airlines, customs brokers and trucking partners
- Tracking shipments and keeping customers updated
- Preparing clearance documentation - commercial invoices, air waybills and supporting paperwork
- Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade law
- Suits someone with freight forwarding experience; air import highly desirable
- Organised, accurate and comfortable in a fast-paced operation
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
