A top 25 global logistics provider is hiring an Air Import/Export Operator in Frankfurt. You'd run your own shipments end to end and be the point of contact for the customers behind them.
- Handling air freight shipments and preparing transport documentation
- Supporting customers from order acceptance through to delivery
- Determining optimal transport solutions and calculating quotations
- Customs clearance, shipping document processing and invoicing
- Checking incoming invoices
- Communication upstream and downstream within the global network
- Completed apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk
- Professional experience in air freight
- Good German and English, and confident with MS Office
