- Independently handling air freight shipments in the healthcare sector
- Developing and organising transport solutions
- Handling dangerous goods in accordance with DGR regulations
- Managing temperature-controlled shipments to the relevant standards
- Communicating with customers and the global network in English
- Customer notifications and invoicing
- Completed apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk
- Existing air freight export experience; healthcare or pharma an advantage
- Fluent German and strong English
