Our client, an established international forwarder, is recruiting an Air Freight Export Specialist for their operation at Frankfurt Airport, to start as soon as possible.
- Independent handling of air freight export shipments to agreed quality standards
- Booking cargo space with carriers, including spot rate procurement
- Planning and coordinating shipments
- Preparing invoicing
- Communicating with customers and the international office network
- Processing customer complaints
- Suits someone with air freight export experience and a service-minded approach
- Freight forwarding qualification, logistics degree or comparable experience
- Good written and spoken English
- A valid German aviation security clearance (ZUEP) and DGR (PK6) certification are desirable
