We're working with a specialist forwarder with a long-established air freight operation near Frankfurt. They are strengthening their airfreight sales and pricing team and are looking for an Airfreight Sales & Pricing Specialist.
- Calculating air freight rates for domestic and international shipments
- Preparing customer-focused and commercially competitive quotations
- Negotiating terms and conditions with airlines and other service providers
- Maintaining pricing and contract data
- Analysing market, pricing and capacity movements in the air freight sector
- Working closely with sales, operations and other specialist departments
- Suits someone with air freight experience, ideally in pricing or procurement
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, confident in Excel; pricing systems such as Scope an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken German, with good English for the international network
- Hybrid working by agreement, free parking on site, modern equipment and regular team events
