- Preparing and filing US customs entries and related documentation
- Handling import clearance and the operational steps that follow
- Liaising with brokers, carriers and customers to resolve entry queries
- Working across Excel, email, CargoWise and web-based customs platforms
- Suits someone with solid import and export operations experience in logistics
- Customer service experience within a forwarder or broker
- Full time, standard weekday hours, with occasional overtime at peak
- Salary negotiable depending on experience, with bonus eligibility from the following year
