We're recruiting for a top 25 global forwarder with a dedicated time critical operation. They're hiring a Time Critical Specialist in Frankfurt on a late shift pattern, with weekend cover shared across the team.
- Managing urgent and time critical shipments from first call through to delivery
- Sourcing the fastest viable routing under real time pressure
- Constant contact with customers, airlines, couriers and drivers
- Keeping customers updated proactively while a shipment is running
- Late shift Monday to Friday, currently 13:00 to 21:30
- Weekend shift cover worked remotely, shared with colleagues
- One day a week from home to be introduced at a later stage
- Suits someone who works calmly under pressure and thinks on their feet
- Time critical, AOG or express experience strongly preferred
