Import Specialist

Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end import operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with carriers and customers.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and requirements.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any operational issues.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the import process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate proactively with customers to provide updates on their shipments.
• Resolve any issues or delays in the import process to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to imports.
