Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage air export operations for aerospace shipments
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Prepare and process export documentation
- Liaise with customers, carriers, and agents to ensure smooth and timely shipment delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or inquiries related to air exports
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in air export operations, preferably in the freight forwarding industry
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using freight forwarding software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
