Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage air/ocean import and export shipments - Position can be split e.g 1 Air Import Operator, 1 Air Export Operator and 1 Ocean Export Operator
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Handle booking, tracking, and documentation of shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise
