Life Science Vertical Business Development Manager - Chicago

Our client, a large Asian freight forwarder, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Life Science Vertical Business Development Manager to join their team in Chicago. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to make a significant impact in the industry and drive business growth.

 

About the Role:

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's presence in the life science vertical.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and superior customer service.

Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing clients.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the life science industry, including market dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients' unique needs.

Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable business agreements.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
