Are you an experienced Export Compliance Specialist looking for a new opportunity in the vibrant city of Chicago? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our growing team as an Export Compliance Specialist at our large-sized company.
Job Description:
- Ensure all DG and export compliance trainings of USA branches are up to date
- Develop and implement export compliance programs and policies
- Provide guidance and assistance with training on TSA, FMC, CTPAT vendor audits
- Support in AMS and ISF Filings when required
- Help with implementing new systems for more process efficient regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international export logistics
- Strong knowledge in US TSA regulations
- Basic understanding in US BIS & US Commerce Department, and AMS & ISF regulations
- Basic knowledge in FMC and CTPAT regulations
- Strong communication, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in CargoWise and Microsoft
