Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of the Germany and Switzerland markets, with an extensive network of contacts in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales objectives.
- Sound understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
