​Customer Service Operator for Import Operations, Amsterdam

Job Description:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate and track import operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a sustainable operational 
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist in client retention
• Communicate with the departmental manager regarding progress and problems or issues
• Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost effective solutions
• Maintain contact with key stakeholders to continually update them on the progression of service provided. 

Salary:

• Competitive salary range of €2.6k to €3.3k per month
