Customer Service Operator for Import Operations, Amsterdam

Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate and track import operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a sustainable operational
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist in client retention
- Communicate with the departmental manager regarding progress and problems or issues
- Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost effective solutions
- Maintain contact with key stakeholders to continually update them on the progression of service provided.
Salary:
- Competitive salary range of €2.6k to €3.3k per month
