- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end ocean import and export process
- Handle documentation, customs clearance, and compliance procedures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process
