Position Overview: As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, focusing on air and ocean freight services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in air or ocean sales, with a proven track record of generating significant revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the air and ocean freight sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales contracts and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in air or ocean freight sales.
- Proven ability to generate significant revenue and meet sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the logistics industry, including air and ocean freight services.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
