Project Logistics Coordinator

Our client is a well-established Australian-owned freight forwarder and 3PL provider with offices nationwide and a growing presence in Brisbane CBD. They specialise in end-to-end logistics solutions across air, sea, and road freight, with a strong focus on project and heavy-lift cargo in industries such as renewable energy, mining, and infrastructure. This role will see you managing shipments from booking to delivery for a portfolio of clients, coordinating with global agents, internal teams, and service providers to ensure smooth execution and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international and domestic freight movements
• Manage end-to-end shipments including routing, updates, and invoicing
• Liaise with overseas agents and internal teams (customs, delivery, data entry)
• Maintain accurate records in CargoWise and update job reports
• Provide proactive communication and reporting to clients
